These are the steps that all dual enrollment students must complete in order to take classes at Motlow for both college and high school credit.

  1. Motlow Admission Application - students can complete dual Enrollment Admissions Application here:  https://prodssb.mscc.edu/PROD/bwskalog.P_disploginnon

  1. Permission Forms -Permission forms are completed at the end of the admissions application.  The student will need to electronically sign first using his/her email address.  Once you select his/her high school listed on the form, the form will be sent to his/her high school and a guidance counselor there will need to electronically sign off on the form.  Once the counselor signs electronically, the form will be sent to the parent for you to sign off on electronically using your email address.  You can always access these dynamic forms by clicking this link: https://dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com/ShowForm.aspx?RequestedDynamicFormTemplate=d104a269-37cb-4854-8265-45137b7180f1   (The attached copies are these forms and it may be easier to just use paper versions.)
